As someone returning to the piano after two decades without an instrument I was bewildered by the range of options available. Having spoken with several companies I was getting more and more confused until I spoke to Mark at The Piano Man. Kawai CN-32 Digital Piano
I am delighted with my new digital piano, having played a conventional piano for over sixty years, and find the change over no problem at all. The action is positive and the sound can be varied to suit the individual's need. I find there are enough options for someone of my age but I have to admit I have not tried all the various permutations. However it suits my requirements as a pianist and the fact that it can be played with earphones is a great advantage. As a piece of furmiture, it is also pleasing. In conclusion I am very happy with my new piano and I would thank you for recommending and supplying it.

Being a complete beginner and looking all over Yorkshire with my wife for her first piano, we ended up being quite confused by all the "salesmen", so it was really refreshing to have been recomended to "the pianoman" Mark, in leeds. He listened to my wife's requirements and from purchase to deivery, and also the initial tuning, everything was exactly as promised. On his website he has 10 promises, all are upheld and true.

Thank you for assisting us with the purchase of a Yamaha U3 for our daughter. The piano is in excellent condition, the delivery man had proper cups for the piano to stand on which we purchased from them. We must admit that we did have slight reservations about the purchase of the piano from yourself with out seeing it (due to distance from ourselves to yourself, Norfolk to Leeds). But we must say we would not hesitate to purchase from yourself again with only taking your word for condition of purchase. I cannot tell you how much difference my new Kawai piano has made to my ability to play more accurately and with a little more finesse, even with arthritic fingers. Having thought my old German overstrung was probably the best I could have owned I now realise how much more responsive the Kawai advanced piano action really is.
