MARK DONATES A KAWAI DIGITAL PIANO TO ROUNDHAY MUSIC

Dear Mark,

We were overjoyed with your kind donation of a Kawai Digital Piano for use at our student's concerts.

The Spring Concert Day on Sunday went extremely well with a good number of piano students. They all found the Kawai extremely useful in warming up before going on stage. The piano accompanists also used the Kawai to rehearse with the instrumentalists and it helped them to tune their instruments before performing.

Altogether there must have been about 120 students at the concerts and a similar number will be at our Summer Concert Day next term.

Being a not-for-profit organisation, donations like these mean so much to us and it will help to serve the community even more with their music-making.

We know it will also come in very useful for introducing new students to their tutors, when they book keyboard lessons through Roundhay Music and for demonstration purposes in schools, due to its easily portable nature.
