I am aware of the power of the internet and how easy it is for consumers to check to see if they are getting ‘the best deal’.

Often the lowest price doesn’t always mean ‘the best deal’ for the consumer. For example, do the internet sellers check the goods before despatch, offer delivery by timed appointment, or offer helpful, genuine and impartial advice?

Because I am a local bricks-and-mortar retailer, the benefit to you the consumer is that you have face-to-face contact with me and peace of mind that there will be no hassles or unpleasant surprises during the business process. And importantly you get to try out the product or have a comprehensive demonstration before you commit yourself to buy.

What I will do for you…

Every week I check my prices against those of my competitors throughout the UK. These companies come high up on the Google search engine rankings and are consistently there each time I check. Whilst keeping a keen eye on the internet sellers’ prices, my aim is to sell to you at my best possible price and without you having to compromise on quality or service. However, if you feel that you can get a ‘better deal’ elsewhere please feel free to talk to me about it and I will do my very best to compete.
